  The President had instructed his Parliamentarians to VOTE for Speaker BAGBIN"S to be re-elected----now here is another instance where the honorable Speaker A B -have -had Assembly Members honoring the Speakers request in favor of EBI Bright
  so I ask why cannot the President or the Speaker under the present circumstance of existential threat of the GALAMSEY MENANECE direct PARLIAMENT to enact a LAW TO BAN any SMALL SCALE MINING ventures for say some 5 years to allow for reclamation of the agricultural land and the water bodies----Deal with any violator severely -even death sentence by Firing squad.
  Deal with them this way as it is done in some Asia countries when Drug [Narcotic} Trafficking offenders are caught .--we MUST GET SERIOUS in the fight to STOP the GALAMSEY MENACE.
