The Ghana keeper couldn't strike any fear into the Egyptians. Most of the players are very selfish, especially that Issa boy. He went there purposely to get a contract, but trust me, none of them will get a WAAKYE LEAF. He was playing for himself and not the team. All the players have got an agenda. No European team will sign these guys. They thought by trying to dribble all the time makes you a good player. Egypt were very direct. They know what they want, one touch football.

We could have avoided them by loosing our last match in the group stage. Spain tactically lost their first match in a world cup match but won the cup proper that year. We were smart and not clever.

Spain lost its first match in the group state of the FIFA World Cup 2010 in South Africa. Spain likely did NOT plan to lose that game. No team loses the first game of a tournament intentionally.

But I agree with your analysis that Ghana could have avoided Egypt by strategically losing to C.A.R. in the final match of the group stage.

that gh coach is very lazy, dont pay attention to details and very dumb if you ask me. to many glaring holes in his team. did he even visit sellas tetteh for ideas before taking the team to the tournament? you have 3 goalies for a reason. one has to be an expert penalty saver. throughout the group stages this team has a terrible time scoring goals and i said boy, if this gh team qualifies to the next stage it will be a problem. they cant score. no setpiece expert. no freekick expert. playing style lacks refinement. plus, the boys are always shooting from the 20yard line. smh
