Ok, It's a normal phenomenon. I've seen Sammy's response in clarifying the act. Politicians are blowing this out of proportion and some NDC folks should be smart not to fall for this. It's natural part of human beings at times to demonstrate kindness as a means for reconciliation even with ur first time enemy or offender when he/she shows humility, candour and remorseful. I don't know the past remarks or misconduct of Mama Pat towards NDC and how severe it impacted but Sammy wanted to demonstrate to the Caliber and the weight of such a figure in the society that NDC does not harbour a perpetual hatred for some elements if they show repentance. I'll share some story with you later to illustrate this point. Mind you Sammy is a politician so they do these things sometimes to widen the fruits they pluck as election seasons approach. NDC believes in long term strategy to win human loyalty instead of short term strategy of money, items sharing, over the counter projects to hooddwink electorates who are more discerning nowadays. Mama Pat attracts and influence people in the society who could easily be exploited if you understand the game through some of this means. It's unfortunate the woman had some greedy attitude hence she could not wait for Sammy to give her how much he intended. She impatiently grabbed all from him that made the entire gesture and courtesy counter productive in the minds of people across the political divide. People are calling for his head. I see no cause for alarm anyway. The other aspect is that if you're too generous, women can use their femme power to weak and exploit you to their advantage. Also if you're a leader and loose sight a bit with no mentor or elderly person to counsel you when such huge fans or figures in the society bounce on you with charms and diabolic intentions, you're bound to make hasty decisions and regret later and I want to believe that these latter points were not what moved Sammy since he's in game for long to understand women femme power and spiritual actors who attempt to sway such excellent and enviable politicians. Thanks.
