  This "Free Pads" distribution initiative from the government is a discriminative policy that should not be entertained anywhere in Ghana. John Mahama was a fierce critic of "Free SHS" policy by the NPP government saying it is too costly. Now, what is the cost of a sanitary pad as compared to school fees and which of the two is expensive?
  
  If John Mahama is an ordinary Ghanaian and was asked to choose between the two, which one will he choose? Does Mahama think at all?
