  A kangaroo kept getting out of his enclosure at the zoo. Knowing that he could hop high, the zoo officials put up a ten-metre fence. But the next morning he got out again and was found roaming around the zoo. A twenty-metre fence was put up. But again he got out.
  
  When the fence was forty metres high, a camel in the next enclosure asked the kangaroo: “How high do you think they’ll go?”
  
  The kangaroo said: “About a thousand metres unless somebody starts locking the gate at night!”

  John Mahama has proposed and will enforce code of conduct on his executive appointees take it or leave it; it's called foresight, proactive proposal to Ghanaians who want to accept Mahama government offer. The NPP under Kufour and NPP under Akufo-Addo lived by Ashanti and Kyebi moral dictates respectively and all of Ghana now knows your love for tribe and NPP and absolute hatred for mother Ghana. Take a hike, Dr. Kennedy, for you know that the NPP creed you and other live and will die by has not served Ghana's interests. Like the rats that you all are you as NPP , you will and do find loopholes in any laws of man to steal from the state anything that is not bolted down.
