From procurement of substandard weapons and equipments to inferior uniforms the list is inexhaustible. The Ghana Armed Forces is still practicing slavery and injustice towards soldiers who the officers describe as other ranks. It’s sad politics, lies, ignorance and corruption is what is the game of the day. Now the petitioner should tell us the Variant of the APC he is talking about. If he had done a little bit of research he would have realized that this APC’s were actually manufactured in the late 70s and mid 80s. They questions should rather be are they fit for purpose? Was there a value for money analysis made?
These are military equipment and we don’t rank them like we do civilian stuff. Can they serve the purpose for which they were procured, how long can they serve that purpose, do we have enough spares, are spare readily available?

At least let’s not just reduce everything to politics. I support the investigation though but is shouldn’t be a public thing as this is a matter of national security
