  of the Judiciary from the other organs of the State . All the processes involving the President, the Council of State and others should be removed from the 1992
  Constitution. Instead ,Judges of the Supreme Court, Appeal Court and High Court should elect one of the Supreme Court Judges ( in a Conclave style like the election of Pope)as The Chief Justice. This would give Ghanaians the assurance that the efficacy of the 'Rule of Law 'is practised with no fear of crook-like. Nixon President, political party indulgence and parliamentary manipulations
