So where does Korle-Bu get the money to purchase the consumables for the free dialysis ?. Mr Ahenkorah, This is the question you should ask the Korle Bu authorities. If the government doesn't make available the money to purchase the consumables,i am afraid the renal unit cannot offer free dialysis.Which other dialysis centre is offering free dialysis???. The current minister of health. Hon Akandoh was right when he said there was no budget line for the free dialysis programme instituted by the NPP government. He was right but he refused to stand by his statement. SOMEONE HAS TO PROVIDE/ PURCHASE the consumables for the programs . Health workers DON'T manufacture consumables.
