  Eiiiii ntoatoa Atuguba you have really spoiled the grace and respect a retired deserves. In your time “shall” which is a mandatory word imposing force on citizens was foolishly and stupidly interpreted as “may” allowing you, a learned man to do what you wanted to help the opposition party. You must be ashamed of yourself. Are you the only retired Supreme Court judge? Why can’t show respect to other Ghanaians? Are you the only one who’s been to school. You have devalued the noble occupation of a retired senior judge. It will do you and your offspring a lot of good and give your family respect if you stop all this disgraceful behaviour. You are proving that not all old people are wise. The God you serve will pay you in the currency you deserve. Mark it on the wall. SHAME ON YOU.

Secondly, the CJ Torkornoo empanelled the first 5 Justices to sit on her own case was legally right but not fair to us the public. . Even to asked a Justice who is not in the top 4 in terms of seniority to chair was totally disgraceful. CJ Torkornoo put her loyalists there. Thirdly, the Acting CJ legally can sit and reconstitute the panel to his liking as head of administration but unfairly.

  This call must start with Justice Atuguba himself. He has over the years clearly demonstrated to Ghanaians that he is an NDC fanatic and showed the same in all his rulings at the Supreme Court on matters involving the NPP. On retirement, all his write ups and contributions to political matters show where he belongs to and the bitterness of not being made the chief Justice. So if he's making this call, then he should start the change with himself. He's even more dangerous to our political stability than the gun.

Mr Justice Atuguba, the question here is not whether the President's action concerning the proposed dismissal of the Chief Justice is right or wrong. But rather, whether the petitions have the merit to call for the dismissal of the Chief Justice. Please Justice Atuguba, answer this question. Because the petitions lack merit to qualify for her dismissal, it would be unconstitutional to use this garbage to dismiss her. Mr Atuguba, I would be very happy to hear your views on the point I am raising. When Professor Kwaku Asare submitted his petition, the President Akufo Addo, who is also a lawyer and understand what can for a prima facie against the Chief Justice, only said that, the petition lacks merit to call for a prima facie against the Chief Justice. Justice Atuguba, what do you say about that petitions? Do they qualify to call for a prima facie against the Chief Justice? You are highly respected in Ghana, if you objectively answer this question I have raised in my submission, Ghanaians will respect you because I know you will tell the truth. This is the time we need lawyers and judges who will boldly tell the truth.
  
  Hon. Charlotte Osei's case was very different. Her problem was suited by her own colleagues. The charges they raised against each other were very ugly. People are now trying to present the case as if nothing unconstitutional happened. Justice Atuguba, I would be very happy if you can boldly tell Ghanaians that, there was no unconstitutional behaviour that could affect her position, therefore, former President Akufo Addo was wrong in calling for her dismissal. Let us be honest with our dealing with situations that can affect the peace of this beautiful country.
