When a matter go to court, it is not emotions there anymore. Even in the Western countries where a woman can accuse a man and the whole system back her they splash it in the media first to shake the judges before it goes to court.
If she was my sister, i will advise her to take a loss and move on, after all the man has been good to her in the past. All this bringing back the car and the rest wouldn't have happened.
She was not a baby while enjoying all those booty and if by her own deeds it has come to an end, so be it.
