  Dagombas should learn from this, a dagomba is the volta regional minister and now CEO and the naiaves are not complaining. But we so called Dagomba youth association circulating memos asking for only Dagombas should be made heads of institutions in their land rather base on competence. The other regions are developing because they don't care of who heads institutions all they want delivery of proper services. # entitlement destroys progress.
