Do not run the presidency on personal policies and without a legal support like most educational directors to enforce personal policies on teachers by insist on the acceptance of transfers by teachers at places of high health risk and of illnesses ,and of lack of accomodation and with a total rejection of abandonment and discouragement ,disregarding the main idea of which the national teaching council was formed.And to justify yourself as a director to say and as enshrine in the condition of service," where the service is needed". A total disregard for the limitations of the statement . And who will approve of the teacher's license renewal and of promotion for not having a full authority over his/her presence for a late change of a management unit .A total disrespect for humanity to call yourself a director-Pres.Mahama.
