Why not pay workers one handsome salary which they can live on instead of splitting the salary in numerous allowances. Let's help to reset the country and change our ways of doing things.

  At kwamina, i disagree wid u, de assemble members deserved to be given monthly allowance to support in their jobs, in de develop countries where dey v state assembles or provisional assembles dey r wel equip n wel paid to perform their duties as ward councillors, in ghana we called em assemle members, hw can someone use his or her own resources to support de states wen others r getting better payments, we must always tink out of de box n nt allow politics to blind us, if we were to be practising federalism trust me ghanaians would always be crying of high expenditure.bcus federalism is too expensive to be introduce in ghana,
