  Mahama is a fraud and incompetent dead goat.
  He knows nothing about governance. Around this time, eight years ago, every city, town, village, and hamlet in the country was busy preparing to get their children for the free SHS. There were activities going on everywhere in anticipation of the policy to take off.
  Now, we have a president whose policy is only to distribute sanitary pads to boys and girls. He saw no shame standing before the whole world juggling sanitary pads. What a dispecable man.

My only hope is full adherence and implementation of these guidelines with offenders brought to book and severely punished. The elephant will remain in the bush for a very long time.

  Dear President JM, thank you. We need serious monitoring of public services recruitment. Job applicants are made to pay bribes into almost every recruitment going on. In some cases, applicants are made to pay almost their entire yearly salary as bribe to officials. How do one come to serve their nation as a teacher, nurse and etc has to pay bribe in order to serve their nation. Please, put a keen ethical standard in recruitment into all public services. Please, just like the GoldBod, establish similar to public services recruitment. No one has to serve their country where they have to pay someone as a bribe to work in public sector. It's very cruel and irresponsible.
