The arguments of this lawyer are baseless and senseless. You a lawyer, then quote an article in the constitution which supports your claim. He made mentioned in an interview today that the port Authorities should be held accountable for the missing containers but not the ECG. He described himself as a business man. I’m here to prove him wrong. The importer of these missing containers is the ECG, okay? And, the ECG is expecting to receive its Imports at a given time period. The ECG has a management board which runs the in and out activities of the ECG. Did the ECG import containers? If yes, why is it not tracking its imports when they weren’t received at the due date? The ECG imported containers just and abounded them. What a mismanagement! Also as a Business Person, you will call your supplier to make enquires if your items are not delivered in time. The ECG didn’t trace anything, no enquires made, just nothing. This is public money spent for nothing. The management of the ECG didn’t know that its containers were missing until this new government came in. Why? I guess, there were robots working at the ECG, not people. Both ECG and the Port Authorities should be held accountable for their misconducts. So, Mr lawyer stop this nonsense vibe!

If you've got a problem with this council of state, fair enough but don't compare the two. If I remember very well, Sam Okudzeto was a member!!
