  I passed two police officers, while heading in and I was shaking my head about the stupidity.
  
  When I came out, I see the woman with her arm on fire, screaming and waving it back and forth.
  
  The police officers grabbed an extinguisher, tackled her to the ground, and put the fire out. Then they started handcuffing her.
