Has this guy ever run a business before? Why do we keep employing technocrats and leave them to make decisions that always end up costing the state billions of dollars. He is playing with taxpayers money as though it’s money from the game called monopoly. Politicians never want common sense solutions. They always want to spend millions because the money is not for them. Some refineries make money, others lose money. How do we know TOR will ever make money. We need people with business experience to make those decisions not comedians.
