we all in this country saw how the superior bench of adjudication sinked to the bottom in terms of their reasoning when it comes to the interpretations of the constitution and some rulings they made. it was an eye saw to even non-lawyers that those judges at the supreme court are not talking or ruling in accordance with our laws.
The banter between the judges and Tsastu Tsikata exposed them when the bench were quoting English laws while abandoning our own laws.
all these display show the intends and purposes they were appointed to do at the supreme court.
These Appointments made by JDM is to help stabilise and maintain our democracy.
All Akuffu Addo Appointed judges don't talk law and knows nothing about fairness in justice delivery. they lack wisdom
