I am not astonished. The Council of State is the most irrelevant, hopeless and extremely expensive institution created in the 1993 constitution of 4th Republic. It should be abolished as soon as possible.

Remember, the GBA did not take part in 1992 constitution formulations . Also, they were not saying abolish in the last 8 years when NPP were in government.

Please remove that presidential immunity from the Constitution. No serious country that seeks to develop will shield a President from prosecution when lives office. There is no sense in that provision. It must be removed immediately to make presidents stay away from using state resources anyhow when in office.
