Too many Ghanaians do not understand what their basic problem is:
1.A lack basic honesty or integrity whether at the work place or at home
2.We don't undesrtand that in order to prosper as individuals and as a nation we each need to work much harder and for longer tha we are currently doing.
3.We do not appreciate the importance of good education and the need to prioritize this so that the next generation will have better opportunities in life

Ghana and Singapore and Malaysia all started at more or less the same economic level yet these last two countries have left Ghana far far behind why, because their people Appreciate the need to take their jobs or work very seriously: punctuality is taken seriously,work absenteeism is not tolerated.Bibery and corruption, using one's position to make money are not tolerated.The average Singaporan or Malaysian parent will sacrifice and endure hardships in order to give their children the very best education.A Singaporan father will forego buying a car,use a Bicycle or Motorbike and redirect their earnings into their children's education.
Their governments, over the last 6 decades have given top priority to building vital infrasture which help any nation to grow and prosper and these are:
1.Extensive first class roads and rail networks and where applicable excellent maritime and river transport. Their Healthcare systems are excellent and extensive.Their Educational systems are some of the best in the world and they produce top specialists in all areas.
Singapore in particular holds its leaders to a very high standard of conduct AND CORRUPTION IS HARDLY KNOWN IN THAT COUNTRY

One would have expected the Church, other Religious Bodies, Traditional leaders and parents to inculcate the appropriate values that will ensure a fair, just, kind and prosperous society in their followers, subjects and children. These leaders have all, unfortunately, gone awry (astray) chasing the wind in satisfaction of their egos. The Church in Ghana is now at the crossroads. It has to justify its real relevance in the lives of its members, because most of its products (members) are not fit for purpose in the building of a fair, just, kind and prosperous society. If the Church in Ghana now loses in its efforts to produce members with the right value system that can build a fair, just, kind and prosperous society, then how can it expect to win in the world in view (heaven)? The Church in Ghana indeed needs “deliverance.”

All the advanced countries in the world didn't pray to reach where they are. They used their brains and brawns to reach where they are.
