I believe. most if not all, Ghanaians have goodwill towards this policy/programme and wish for its success. If this policy, on the other hand, like the NHIS, had come from the opposition, while in government, we would have by now be hearing all sorts of cacophonous attacks and allegations flying from all angles bastardizing the policy/programme. In any case, what is going to be the most reliable and sustainable source(s) of funding for MahamaCares, without the imposition of additional levy or tax, or the diversion of funds from the already underfunded NHIS? And if I may ask, what has become of the Ghana Heart Foundation that was started some years back?

But am I really surprised? No because even he the President is still struggling (four months into his Presidency) to complete the list of his team. There are still Deputy Ministers and District Chief Executives to be appointed. This is the pace at which we are re-setting the country. Donald Trump completed his team 3 weeks after he was sworn in as President.
