  Private financial institutions confidence can never be recovered overnight because the BOG has no part to play in staffing to ensure that right personnel is recruited. Many tend to recruit own family members and family friends ,and to pay them low salaries ,monitoring and supervision become nothing as BOG prefers taken tokens to allow to go certain things and etc . And what is BOG doing to pay cheated customers after realisation. The moment the 347 defunct microfinances and other financial institutions customers have been waiting for.
