The 3 petitioners lost their cases on which Torkonoo was the presiding judge. In retaliation, the 3 losers filed 3 petitions against Torkonoo. Hatred. Vengeance. Tit for tat. Has it become the rule that any citizen who has lost his case at any lawcourt can submit a petition for the removal of the presiding judge? If the answer is YES, Torkonoo must go away. If the answer is NO, Torkonoo should be reinstated immediately. Why do I ask? The Rawlings PNDC killed the Appeal Court Judges who overturned the rulings of the AFRC tribunals. Like the PNDC, is the Mahama NDC trying to remove Torkonoo the Chief Justice for similar reason?
