  The foreign ministry staff have refused to release these passports because the owners could not pay the bribes that were demanded from them. Ablakwa must see to it that the passports belong to Ghanaians and not Nigerians and other foreign nationals. The passport office is the headquarters of all Ghana’s corruption next to the Tema port .
