    If the ChiefJustice is found guilty she should be sacked.She is not above the law. Citizens of Ghana petitioned for her removal and not Mahama.Those imputing political motives for her removal are idiots.

    He He He Ghanani, the CJ knows very well that she is guilty and is on her way out.I believe the committee is tacitly giving her the opportunity to resign to avoid further embarrassment.

    From my observation and some of my appearance in courts, it seems that from two of the petitions the Chief Justice has abused her office.
    What judges do is to direct that a motion or Exhibit no served on one of the parties ...
