Where is flip flopping incompetent ungrateful arrogant Armah-Kofi Buah, this is free advice, carve out all minerals bearing land in Ghana( emphasis on gold) into parcels and auction to highest bidder much like oil blocks , then control their operations and buy their winnings,after operations ensure reclamation with insurance bonds posted after winning the auction bid.This registration of excavators amounts to doing the same things the same old ways and expecting different results,for me it is nothing short of nonsense and the usual incompetence that is back but this time spiced with arrogance and plain stupidity.
