  Is bad management. I don't care about the attitude of the workers because if efficient and effective management system is in place all workers will comply. A bus company closes at 5 pm when workers are going home. At Ashiaman, any bus that comes from Accra around 4 pm goes to park until the following morning and commutrs are stranded.

This is a sense of worry that after a long day's work, getting a bus or trotro to Kasoa becomes a problem. We implore the transport Minister to introduce more buses at Kasoa.

  I THINK, THE MANAGEMENT AND THE DRIVERS NEED TO CHANGE THEIR MINDSETS. USUALLY COMMUTERS AND TRAFFIC IS HIGH IN ACCRA TILL 10 AM AND PASSENGERS AND TRAFFIC STARTS PULLING UP MINUTES BEFORE 5 PM SO THEY NEED TO STUDY THEIR SCHEDULE ( TIME) THEY NEED TO ALSO BUILD THEIR BUS STOP ( POST) BRANDING THEM. IN FACT THEY NEED THOROUGH VISIBILITY STUDIES ELSE THE PROJECT WILL GO INTO A DITCH. GHANAIAN, WE ARE NOT USED TO THAT SYSTEM SO IT WILL TAKE A LITTLE TIME. AND I THINK PART OF THE PROBLEM WILL BE FROM THE DRIVERS. SORRY TO SAY THE DRIVERS MINDSETS ARE STILL TROTRO MINDSET. I QUITE REMEMBER ALL OUR PUBLIC BUS TRANSPORT LIKE STC, TATA, OSA etc WERE TOTALLY COLLAPSING SO I THOUGHT COMMERCIAL BUS TRANSPORT SERVICES WOULDN'T BE SUCCESSFUL IN GHANA BUT TO MY SURPRISE, O.A.. TRAVELS& TOURS BEING PRIVATE STARTED AND IT WAS AN INSTANT SUCCESS THEN FOLLOWED VIP etc. IT TELLS SOMETHING. IN ACCRA FOR INSTANCE THIS NEW BUS SERVICE CAN OPERATE VERY EARLY TO BEAT TRAFFIC.AND INTRODUCE SOMETHING LIKE E- TICKETS AND BOOKING SERVICE'S FOR ESPECIALLY EVENINGS INDICATING STANDPOINTS( BUS STOPS WITH CODES AND NUMBERS. PLEASE LET'S DO SOMETHING. DON'T LET THIS INVESTMENT GOES INTO DRAIN

  This applies to Kasoa as well, they overload to the extent that there is no comfort. Drivers also yell insults on passengers. BAD ATTITUDE TOWARDS PASSENGERS WHO PAY TAXES FOR PROCUREMENT OF THESE BUSES.
