This only smacks of Abedi once again seeking his own self-interest. Maybe it will be helpful to all if for once Abedi collaborates with his old colleagues to provide a United front to support Ghana's football.

This sef-focused behaviour of Abedi started in his playing days in the Black Stars which led to a lot of disgarrements with his colleagues impacting on the then Black Stars loosing a number of important tournaments continues to rear its head in his retirement.

When was the last time we saw any other ex-Black Star Players engaging and offering their widows mite of advise to the Black Stars. Its all about Abedi. They feel Abedi has captured the Black Stars/GFA so they cannot be bothered.

Maybe next time it will be helpful if Abedi gets together with some of his colleagues to present a United Front to the Miinistry so that it will not seem as if he is the only ex-Black Star Player who has what it takes to restore the glory of Ghana Football!!
