He is the same person who was bribing Cecilia Dapaa, loading her with state money stolen in contract deals back to her home, he is spectacularly corrupt and everyone in Ghana knows, all the state agencies, but was protected by the president, Akkufo Addo, who was deep in corruption with him, Yaw Siaw.

Zoomlion's contracts in the country I have personally always had my doubts about what it is that they are doing. Look at the real clean up that the bus stop boys are doing. But who notices them?
That's the real clean up campaign that's supposed to keep Ghana clean. Our engineers are not also good. In good countries drainages are deep, covered with strainers and effective, but I don't the kind of human beings God dumped in Africa and Ghana for that matter. Nothing is proper there.

I have been shying away from commenting on Ghanaweb but can't let this slip by. Giving contract without monitoring is a recipe for big corruption! By the way? Why let sanitation to be monopolized? Sanitation alone could create a lot of small businesses. Each district should have a public-private kind of business where the company can be resourced with money to but sanitation equipment and to build a plant for recycling. I urge the Minister to visit Norway to learn from how the Norwegians operate and manage sanitation. Every municipality has a private-public joint venture with a recycling plant, a refuse collection network, trucks for the collection, each home has containers to separate waste at source and specific days for collection by the waste management company. All waste are recycled. In addition, the municipality award contracts to individual companies that clean the city. Different waste management companies for different municipalities.A lot of monitoring is done to keep contract going. Key performance indices are established using the service level agreements! Road contracts awarded are built with underground drainage systems. City centers have waste collection bins that are emptied regularly. Stray plastics are picked up regularly to keep the city clean and neat. Trucks with water and cleaner apparatus clean the streets at dawn or very early in the morning. Come on! Ghanaians wise up! Government officials wise up! The citizens should be able to enjoy clean environment which contribute to good health! I remember I have lived in a location in Ghana as a kid and 20 years down the line this community still has no proper drainage system! Come on! How 'stupid' can we be? How stupid can we be all the time? Cleanliness is next to Godliness! A word to the wise is in the NORTH!

Jospong has broken every labour law of the land, perpetuated poor sanitary environment in the country.
Mr President Mahama, please take this findings with the seriousness it deserves to save Ghana of [the health and environmental hazard.

Also dragging the Church of Pentecost into this. Very selective and shoddy journalism. How can one forget Capital Bank case. Manasseh, please go back to that case and bring out details of the involvement of your Pastor Otabil. People were jailed in this yet the Manasseh did not speak. I read this vendetta against Siaw and I shake my head that in another case Manasseh was very quite because his church was involved. The yardstick should be the same. This will be good journalism not this shoddy work.

They have never been clear in asking probing questions to members of the NPP allegedly involved in corruption. It’s annoying to see them dance around without being straightforward in their lines of questioning the NPP thieves to provide relevant answers.

IF I WERE THE PRESIDENT SERIES
1. SANITATION
In support of the RESETTING agenda conceived by the present NDC2, I wish to express my feelings by way of suggestions to help Ghana attain her status quo outlined by Dr Kwame Nkrumah.
If I were the President, I shall use just 1 hour to broadcast to the nation on SANITATION as follows:
1. The President should rely on the former Regional demarcation of 10 regions. All Ghanaians know for sure that there were multiple sanitary or Waste Management Companies like Ako Waste, Asadu Waste etc doing this cleaning business in Ghana before. Fine if today they no longer exist then Govt should look out for seasoned and interested Entrepreneurs to come into this trade. This will help break the MONOPOLY enjoined by this old fashioned ZOOMLION controlling the whole country. That means one Company to take care of one region neatly. This must be done with those who have the capacity by way of logistics to do so by BIDDING except Greater Accra that must be reserved for ZOOMLION.
2. If the present ZOOMLION is doing any additional sanitation business apart from the cleaning job, for example, RECYCLING Industries, fine he is helping in Industrialization for .ore employment. In this instance he can be allowed to establish as many such industries as possible.
3. The old system of Town Councils popularly called "tacas" should be brought back like how former Local Govt Minister during the 2nd Republic attempted doing but had no support or continuing after losing elections. In this vein, Regional, District as well as Local Town Council Offices shall be instituted by Law with receipt books to surcharge any offender who leaves the environment uncle. So therefore special 'LONG LADDERS' can be allowed to enter premises to inspect water drums that are mosquito infested. Here again total elimination of MALARIA, CHOLORA etc shall be reduced drastically. There shall be no filled chamber pots with both children and adult defecations. The benefit is that Ghanaians will no longer worry when USAID says we are going for you to die as a result of Malaria, Guineaworm, Buluri Ulcer etc.
4. Bring out a very strong Education through the present 'white Elephant' Ministry of Information regularly throughout the country on those unpatriotic Ghanaians who wait for the rains before emptying their waste bins into the gutters. Little sis they know other fellow Ghanaians shall be dying downstream.
5. For me I don't see any 'gentleman/lady' in Ghana. The Ghanaian don't mind kitering anywhere he/she finds themself. At least among the future staff of the incoming Town Councils, some can be positioned at vantage points even Infront of the Flagstaff House with receipt books to fine those who liter the streets involuntarily.
Well this is my small contribution for now.
I decided to write this piece because whenever there is such topics on TV or Radio we don't access to express ourselves due to the loaded lines
