When npp applied to the same court to stop elevy, tokorno didn't give a date up to today. But when afenyo markin applied for hearing at 12pm on a day sc wasn't seating, cj was able to mobilize 5 judges by 2pm to sit on the case the same day. The bias was too glaring but we didn't burn. We weren't even hot. We showed power on December 7, 2024

Akuffo Addo has no reputation and did not care about his legacy and this was clearly exhibited by him when he refused to listen to every body when they asked him to fire his non preforming minister of finance Ofori Atta. Akuffo Addo even dismiss the accusations of corruption involving Cecilia Dapaah and also dismissed the finding of the commission that looked into the killings at Ayawaso-Wogon during the elections . Akuffo Addo should solely be held responsible for the the defeat of the NPP and the fate of some of the party members who are yet to be prosecuted.

But the tenure of Gertrude Torkonoo was marred with so many controversial issues and open grand standing in deeply political issues that could go either way. If the majority votes decision holds without grounding in law, there would be a miscarriage of Justice and redress in law is the remedy. The justices of the court of appeal to supreme court enjoy the privilege of fully paid vocation for a family of five every year to any destination of their choice.
