  In this new dispensation of reset he has up his game or be fired:
  1. The organizations relationship with local governments, he need to reshape the model.
  2. How does he navigate governmental red tape and curruption to ensure performance and efficiency
  Sanitation neglect s akin to eating a baby's food. The baby would cry out and you will be caught.

  Off the top of my head, i can confidently say that at least 95% of the people who live in areas that are supposed to be serviced by Zoom Lion, have prayed endlessly to the Almighty to do something to have Zoom Lion replaced because of their shameful inefficiency. Indeed, the few people who one would hear talking favorably about ZoomLion, are those in the political class - and the reasons should be obvious to all reasonable citizens.
  
  If that MP needs to get confirmation only from Manasseh Azure before he finds out about the horrendous incompetence of that company, then it means that he the MP himself is not on top of the job he has been given to do.
  
  How did it happen that the govt owes him over GHC1.2 billion when clearly, they are not visible on the ground? Now by not regularly paying the bird-seed starvation wages of his workers, he is actually arm-twisting or blackmailing govt to pay him his unearned debt.
  
  Initially I also used to admire the strides that the company was making but, it got to a point where it was made evident that the company is a fraud machine.

  I wonder how we would solve our sanitation problems. Zoomliom certainly is not the solution. Decentralisation of the contracts should be the best, but when one sees how Assemblies manage their contracts one is at a loss which approach to support. I think government should establish good controls over the Assemblies and let them award and manage the sanitation contracts. Jospong Group can bid but we must watch and monitor that they don't underprice the competition only to hike the prices later.
