All university professional graduate teachers are granted automatic promotions to receive the promotion letters but have not receive their letters for years to qualify them for the office holdings ,and we are asking government to give them out and to assign them to office duties. It can not be only deputy directors to get letters of promotion .
And do not forget that the president said "individuals " who have exempted themselves for job excellence,if iam right,to be given more years. "Big note to government not to change rank and scale on the payslip"for a reason!-Pres.Mahama.

The inncentive as the Pres.Mahama alone may see it can not be political ,but an ongoing policy which is not politically motivated. The president only advise the finance ministry to make money available because it is a policy which promotes quality education. But for the sake of the CAGD ways of helping ,the monetary aspect is suspended-and therefore can not be a problem of the number and delay,Mr President . All certificate "A" holders who have for the years worked against university professional graduate teachers are the least of the consideration of the gov. promotion of deputy directors into directors. The gov.statement should be made clear with details describing those who qualify. I believe that those near deputy directorship should also be promoted to deputy directors. Let me cover what follows after granting of this directive ,though not yet a director to issue directives.
