Until we all agree to follow the most basic laws of the country, Ghana will never develop, and we will keep going backward. Sad as this event is, is it not written that civilians can’t use military attire? Though unrelated, when we have a president who genuinely wants to bring some sanity to the country, we have the NPP whose main goal is to make sure the government fails. Human race has always been governed by laws and regulations. All failed societies are those who do not want to follow them. Ghana is on a steep path to destruction given the direction and the kind of politics some uneducated politicians are leading us to. Yes politics must continue and yes the opposition must make sure it provides alternative policies to the people. But if the opposition becomes a vehicle and a tool to undermine the government, it is the country that loses.

If you are confronted, just give them the uniform or apologise rather than to show your power by trying to attack the soldiers or drive them away.
They will shoot to kill and tell you it was for defence. Another video of this incident showed the people try to mob the soldiers and pelting stones at them and you can hear them jubulating that they have sacked the soldiers. Lol.
Look the killing was needless and the guy that was in the cammou and tried fighting them who got.killed has himself to be blame.
Nothing will happen to the soldiers because they started mobbing the soldiers so it as act of self defence. You remember what happened to Maj Mahama. No service personnel will sit there to be killed.

Some guys in military trousers were almost beaten up on bush road the other day. They were involved in a traffic incident and thought they could bully their way out. Bystanders wouldn't tolerate it, especially when it was clear that it was their fault. That's when they now started shouting that they were not soldiers.

I've consistently called for a serious discourse on the relevance of the GAF. For me I think the people of Ghana do not need a wasteful institution like the GAF. They hugely a part of the problems Ghana is facing. How do you use live ammunition on stone throwers just over a suspected military attire even to the point of killing your own brother?
Ghana do not need a standing army, it is a waste to the resources and a tool for abuse. Certainly we could do without the GAF for Christ sake
