Did you notice the number of the appointees on their phones whiles their leader was talking, it says a lot about the calibre of staff he has around him.
Mr. President, your admonishment of the ministerial appointees shouldn't be for them alone, it is for you too. Ghanaians are tired of seeing their leaders as toothless bulldogs, all talk and no action.
