  A stupid person made a President, a Minister or an MP is foolish person until he admits that he has a seriously called follow which he urgently needs to be cured of. A right exercised sheepishly in most cases affects the right adversely. What was the problem and is the action taken the cure of problem, else the person who took that decision is foolish.

  You are very stoopiid. Do you know the investment government put into most of these tertiary facilities is 10x more than in moat private facilities we attend but these leaders (C.E.Os and departmental heads) preside over corruption and incompetence which results in their breakdown? Just because something is for the state does not mean we should allow fellow Ghanaians to run it down and kill people in the process and we keep quiet. GMA should confirm if the C.E.O has the responsibilities to make sure funds are allocated to service broken down machines or not. What help did the C.E.O give to the head of the bioengineering unit to repair the broken down equipment? We have sat down and all state enterprises from Ghana Airways to Nsawam carvery to be destroyed and we want that to happen yo all sectors. It's because of hypocrisy and nepotism, that is why the blackman will not develop. So the minister should set-up a big committee which will come out with a report with big English that patient was referred late? Then chiefs, Imams and pastors will plead that he should stay until his tenure ends. Then no example will have been made?

  NPP elements in all sectors of the economy who will not work ethically but engage in subversive acts to drain the public purse and create disaffected for the government must be sacked. It's not abuse of power. If you are a true technocrat and are employed by even your party, set politics aside and be professional and ethical in your role. If not, you will be sacked by tye relevant authority. Ghana must be reset. Simple.
