You see: the Supreme Court justices were very apt in their decision that the Ghanaian birth certificate wasn’t solely enough to establish case for a Ghanaian citizenship.

Their decision must’ve sounded too ambiguous to uninformed people like you, and I’m not surprised that you are still having it tough time understanding their ruling. Let me educate your naive self about the difference between the Ghanaian birth certificate and the Ghana card.

  1. With the birth certificate, everything is written and nothing affirms that they are the authentic record of the person they portray. No finger prints, no biographical information, no eye or facial recognition among others, but the Ghana card has all these features. So whatever individual information that’s entered on the Ghana Card database becomes the authentic identification for that individual throughout their entire lifetime.   

2. Simply put, it’s quite easy to forge or use someone’s birth certificate dubiously to apply for any document . It’s very hard or nearly impossible to fake someone’s Ghana card because if the documents is subject to any rigorous authentication or investigation process the scofflaw will be detected quickly.

  Now in the US we don’t access our online banking information by using PIN numbers again. In most cases, the are upgraded to using facial recognition systems to log to our online accounts, because every individual eye information or facial recognition information are quite unique, and that biographical data is stored in the public database.  

Like , I’m saying: it’s quite easy for individuals like you to criticize the Supreme Court position because you have no idea about what’s going on in the field of the global Information Technology industry or the global information highways! NDCfuo Nkurasefuo!

What does that imply? Deceptive and cacophonous! He thinks he is all that. His issue with the Chief Justice must be stemmed from a personality crash. Otherwise what has Tokornoo done to call for her head? Even when Charlotte’s was thrown under the bus by her own deputies, a situation and case for removal that was bolstered by prima facie evidence of procurement breaches and abuse of power, to mention the least; according to numerous Ghanaian newspapers and the results of investigations, John Mahama wasn’t ashamed to defend her at the speech he gave at the CHATHAM HOUSE in 2023.

My Take:

In so doing, John Mahama has already undermined any sound argument of discretion to remove the Chief Justice who has not committed any crime against the state: Be it financially, morally or politically.

Let me repeat! Kwaku Azaa’s argument doesn’t merit any case for removal, there’s not enough evidence to remove the head of the country’s Judiciary who is supposed to be independent, according to the Ghanaian constitution because of some personal sentiment of cacophonous American based technocrat!

Mahama has not apologized to Ghanaians for calling himself Deadgoat during his first term, and he has not declared that he is now a living soul in his second term; so why make yourself crazy in a fit of anger? The fact is that the President and his Attorney General erred. The clever Chief Justice corrected the Deadgoat President and his baffled Attorney General. It all started from Kweku Azar who allegedly lost a case on which Chief Justice Torkonoo presided, making Kweku Azar lose some colossal sum of legal fees, so Kweku Azar is doing "azaa" in the Ghanaian judicial system to unseat the learned Torkonoo the Chief Justice of Ghana.
