Our system is highly partisan and the challenge stems from the refusal of persons who are expected to do the right thing turning a blind eye to wrong doings...The CJ should ask herself a simple question as to whether she has been faithful to the constitution...of course she will say yes bcos for her the road is straight but the one behind her will notice that the road is crooked. She was too partisan and this was not good for the judiciary and the country.
