An excavator costs circa US$100,000 each. We need more prison centers, one district one hospital and one prison center. Ghana has the money to undergo these projects, the money (US$21b) is in the pockets of corrupt politicians. They should give it back to us now and now!.

Why can't private individuals or companies build prisons but manned by Ghana prisons service. So if someone want to serve his prison sentence in a private prison he pays for the facility but the rules in these facilities will ...
