Kids will be kids. The Ghana Air Force with all its Engineering Staff cannot build drones. The Kumasi University of Science and Technology cannot build drones. And you want us to believe some kids on a playground are building drones that can do what they say? What happened to the Wooden Bicycles, Trucks and Metal Armour Cars we have been told in the past, built by our 'smart kids. Some of these our kids are no different than our politicians when it comes to lies.

This has been in existence since the 70s. In Sekondi, it was called VTC, Vocational Training Centre. Students in Upper Primary and Middle schools were doing masonry, technical drawing, weaving, and science and so before I entered Koforidua Secondary Technical School (K'dua SecTech) in 1972 I knew what I was going to do.
There was a centre at Sekondi very close to Gysndu Park and another one at Ketan.

@ Joe, as a student in the 70s from Myohaung Barracks middle school in Apremdu, I participated in the program in Sekondi every Friday. We attended classes in science, technical drawing, brick laying, metal work (built garden fork) and wood work (built stool). As I reflect on the program, the sad thing is that only the boys were allowed to participate in the program, while the girls stayed back at school and did needle work. While I liked the program, unlike you, it never influenced my choice of either attending secondary or technical school.

Well done girls. They should exhibit it's flying capabilities too not just moving it around on terra firma. That's too simplistic.
