  Gyimi gyimi the only thing NDC illiterates know is adding megawatts ? To what ? U guys have signed power purchase agreements that have resulted this. The country needs to pay the IPPs and also find money to buy fuel to power our thermal. plants. That cost the country $2bn yearly . ECG cost recovery and the ESR levy on fuel can’t get even half of the money , so government needs to find extra money from general taxes to cover this . This is the problem we have .
