The program doesn't allow for reduction in government expenditure, reduction in per diems for article one office holders and all the freebies they get but rather increase the utility tariffs that will hit the poor. All the article one holders don't pay utility bills so who are the target? These Bretton woods institutions will continue to use these stupid politicians to enslaved and impoverished the people forever. We don't need them period! Look at Burkina Faso now. Where are the patriotic Ghana Soldiers? We need them now because Democracy is not working for us!! We need a regime that can use African mentality to reset the country. I keep saying in a month, monies spent on fueling government vehicles that you can see carrying workers to funerals, church activities, carting foodstuffs for these article one holders, etc can even be worth more than the stipends from our slave masters. In three months' time the tariffs will be increased again. Yes, it's in Ato Forson's wicked budget. I pity the useless Ghanaian workers who accepted 10% salary increase from Mahama without making any noise when the same workers got angry when Nana Addo gave them 23% increase and even threatened to go on strike.
