Spot on. My mom owns a home and she insists on a police report from her prospective tenants. Some people say she is too known . But they don’t know the whole story. A Nigerian tenant stabbed his partner in her house years ago. They were tenants and were into internet fraud. This opened her eyes wide. So today, she’s very particular about who occupies her house; people will say you are too known but don’t mind them.

Similar syndicates operate around the boundary road in East Legon. In 2022, I reported a case of human trafficking at the police headquarters because a friends brother was kidnap by Similar group. The police asked me to write officially. I did and upon submitting the letter to the anti-traficking unit, they told me if I don't hrmear from them in three weeks, I should come back. Immediately, I got to know the police has been extorting money from these guys and so they don't want to take action. The police knows where all these criminals are. EOCO should carry our a raid at boundary road around East Legon, they will get more criminals there.
