  Countries like India, China and Dubai? Dubai is not a country. It's a city within the United Arab Emirates with Abu Dhabi as its capital. Are you asking Ghanaians to go clean open gutters and drainages? Where in any serious country do we have open gutters and drainages? Why were they left uncovered? What instructions were issued to the contractors who constructed them? All the various assemblies especially in our cities KNOW that there are by laws regarding open gutters and drainages! Ghanaians deserve better and not that nonsense being pushed into our faces. When are those gutters and drainages going to be covered? The answer looks like NEVER!!!

  This means that Malaria can reduce if all those gutters were covered because when the water cannot flow because of the rubbish that is thrown in it, it will create mosquitoes!! Are our leaders thinking at all?

  This is common sense. If the gutters are covered no fool will throw anything in it. AMA should be taking to court.
