  The President must persevere with the Council of State to drive out the evil plant of a Chief Justice by NPP. This CJ was planted in there to protect them from their destructive and most national wrecked governorship in Ghana's history. The majority of the people of Ghana fully support the removal of this curropt CJ, so she must go, for national peace.

Following this, he is expected to argue that his previous term does not count under the newly amended constitution.So he wants to run in 2028 The matter will lbe referred to the Supreme Court for interpretation, where the new CJ he appoints—seen as an ally—would preside over a ruling in his favor.
