What’s the basis of your unwholesome argument? The Chief Justice, has been in the Judicial System for the past 20 years. She has gone through the High Court and the Appeals Court and ended in the Supreme Court where she was appointed as the Chief Justice after many years of service. John Mahama’s dubious intentions to remove the Chief Justice is already in the public domain. Her removal will pave the way for John Darega Mahama to remove the EC boss, Jean Mensah but it will not materialise because it will fiercely be resisted by the masses.

Appointments of Judges to the Supreme Court of Ghana is done by the President of the Republic in consultation with the Judicial Council based on meritocracy.
