So what happens is that the perpetrators become emboldened to do the worse knowing they can get away with murder literally.

And the revenge attacks then set in. The solution is to treat these perpetrators be they Chiefs or whatever like President Bukele treat the gangs in El Savador.

Build an EL SAVADOR type of massive prison and put these Chiefs and their allies and perpetrators in white t shirts and shorts. Put them in chains and shave their heads , parade them in public, humiliate them and lock them up with hard labour picking shea nut to earn theur keep.

By the time you lock up a quarter of these idiots the rest will learn a lesson that "buge np be swine".

This appeasement of appealing to them, and playing nice nice does not cut with these gangs. They will instead laugh at you and continue their criminal acts!
