I hardly hear of such things on Vodafone/Telecel net work. Advise yourselves, customers of M T N.

MTN must have a policy or put in place a policy to varify if someone is withdrawing more than five hundred cedis. If such a policy is put in place she wouldn't have lost up to eleven thousand cedis.

What is "social engineering" in this case. Nonsense. Block the damn number of the fraudster immediately and trace his/her transactions to the last person. You are there talking about social engineering.

It appears that these days, a one can no longer initiate a process to reverse a money transfer on the MTN Network. If this is correct, then an explanation (better than that social engineering rubish), should be provided.
