Mr Minister you go and URGE thieves to desist from their trade of stealing.Let security go into a system check and audit. You will catch all and deal with them. Imagine being paid GHS 300 a month and you are spending GHS 200 a month on electricity , meanwhile Article one holders getting higher salary gets all utilities free of charge paid by the tax payer , do you think I won't steal power to survive? It is silly that those getting everything free from the consolidated funds are the ones stealing from government coffers. They get everything free and use our hard earned taxes for their benefits. All those involved in the lost containers , go and check, you will realised they actually not paying light or water bills.
