Gbande, if you don’t have facts, you should keep your mouth shut. Is it not in record that Ntim Fordjour refused to honour invitations to assist the security agencies. The police do not necessarily need a warrant for his arrest. No such law exist. lnfact all those noisy micro minority MPsshould have been arrested and detained for obstruction of lawful arrest. Parliamentary immunity stated precisely when you cannot arrest an MP, none of those conditions existed at the time of the arrest. Besides immunity is a privilege and not a right ! These micro minority is on record to made statements that they would make the country ungovernable. what else do you need to do

I was inially impressed with Mustapha Gbande on the strong stand he took in the beginning to go after the NPP looters but it looks like all that he did was a show and nothing else . Ghanaians thought Ntim Fordjour would have been arrested by now but NDC is just a weak and incompetent party who are being swerved by the minority NPP . Do not promise Ghanaians what you cannot do . Ghanaians voted for NDC because of the promise to recover all the loot from the NPP criminals but up till now not a single person has been prosecuted and jailed for their crime. If Ghanaians knew that you promise to go after these looters was just a gimmick , they would have voted to retain the rotten NPP . If the NPP were the party in power and had all these allegations against NDC , they would have jailed the NDC members already. Even with the NDC as a majority in parliament, they are being controlled by the micro minority NPP with Afenyo Markin playing the role of majority leader. NDC is very disappointing and Ghanaians will soon turn their frustrations on the government if they cannot hold the NPP criminals accountable.
