    Remember those countries are under military rule and so can do whatever they like but remember it will be difficult to have direct foreign investment in those countries except the corrupt companies.

    The rejection or refusal in real of the leased land must be explained. These are some of the reasons that scares foreign investors from investing in a Third world country.
